Cult Creative Launches CULT App to Simplify Creator Campaign Payments and Tracking

Creator campaigns can look simple from the outside. One tool that’s designed to streamline this process is the CULT app for creators. A brand finds a creator, content gets produced, posts go live and everyone waits for the results. Behind that process, though, there are agreements to sign, invoices to send, deadlines to track, feedback to manage and payments to chase.

Cult Creative wants to clean up that back end.

The creator marketing company has launched CULT, a native mobile app designed to bring campaign management, creator payments and performance tracking into one place. The app is available on iOS and Android and builds on Cult Creative’s existing web platform.

The launch comes as creators increasingly operate as businesses rather than simply social media personalities. For them, getting the content right is only one part of the job. Getting the commercial side organised can be just as important.

CULT Puts Creator Campaign Management on Mobile

CULT gives creators a mobile-first way to handle campaign activity without constantly switching between email, spreadsheets, messaging platforms and separate social media dashboards. The app brings campaign agreements, invoices, payments and other administrative tasks closer together, while also carrying over functions from Cult Creative’s existing platform.

Cult Creative says around 65% of its platform users were already accessing the service through mobile devices. The company therefore saw an opportunity to build an experience specifically around how creators already work rather than simply making the existing web platform smaller for a phone screen.

That distinction matters. Creators are often moving between shoots, meetings, editing sessions and brand work. Having campaign information available from a phone can make the administrative side of creator work considerably easier to manage.

Creator Payments Get a 30-Day Target

Payment delays remain one of the less glamorous problems in the creator economy, and CULT puts the issue front and centre. The platform supports creator payments within a 30-day timeframe, giving creators clearer visibility over when money from completed campaigns should arrive.

Cult Creative founder and CEO Shermaine Wong said creator payments in the region can still involve chat messages, invoices and repeated follow-ups. CULT is intended to create a clearer commercial trail through signed agreements, invoices and defined payment dates.

For creators who depend on brand partnerships as a source of income, that visibility is important. A campaign does not really feel finished when the post goes live if the payment is still somewhere in an inbox waiting to be chased.

Push Notifications Keep Creators Updated on Campaign Activity

CULT also uses push notifications to keep creators informed when something happens inside a campaign. Feedback from brands, approaching deadlines and cleared payments can trigger alerts, reducing the need for creators to repeatedly check different platforms.

The app also connects TikTok and Instagram accounts with creator media kits, allowing profile information to stay more closely connected to the campaign materials brands use when evaluating creators.

The aim is straightforward: fewer manual updates and fewer opportunities for something important to disappear inside a busy message thread.

TikTok and Meta Performance Data Can Be Tracked in One Place

Campaign performance is another major part of the app. CULT connects with TikTok and Meta so creators and brands can access campaign data while activity is still taking place rather than waiting for a final report.

Creators can use their dashboard to track earnings and identify content that performs well. Brands can also view campaign figures as they develop, giving marketing teams a chance to understand what is happening before a campaign reaches its final reporting stage.

Julia Rybalchenko, regional marketing lead at Emborg, said the brand previously received campaign results through screenshots after campaigns had ended. CULT gives the team access to TikTok and Meta performance data while campaigns are still running.

That changes the timing of campaign decisions. A strong post can be identified earlier, while weaker performance can be spotted before the entire campaign is over.

Cult Creative Wants to Cut the Administrative Work Around Creator Campaigns

The bigger proposition behind CULT is not simply another creator app. Cult Creative is trying to reduce the amount of manual administration surrounding creator marketing.

Agreements, invoices, feedback, payment notifications, media kits and campaign performance can all sit inside one workflow. The company also expects the platform to help its client success team manage more campaign activity without requiring headcount to increase at the same pace.

That may sound like basic infrastructure, but creator marketing has grown large enough that the infrastructure itself is becoming a competitive issue.

CULT Will Be Showcased at CRE.ATE 2026

Cult Creative will showcase CULT at CRE.ATE 2026, its inaugural creator festival, which is scheduled to take place from October 30 to November 1 at Sky Society during Urbanscapes KL.

The event is expected to bring together more than 3,000 attendees and creators over three days, giving Cult Creative a direct audience of creators, marketers and other people working inside the creator economy.

The launch event also gives the company an opportunity to demonstrate the app in the environment where its users actually work. Rather than presenting CULT only as another piece of software, Cult Creative can show how it fits into the day-to-day business of running creator campaigns.

Creator Marketing Is Becoming More Operational

The launch of CULT points to a broader shift in creator marketing. As brand partnerships become more structured and creators manage larger volumes of commercial work, the industry needs systems that handle the parts of a campaign that happen after the creative idea has been approved.

Contracts need signatures. Payments need tracking. Performance needs monitoring. Brands need reporting, while creators need a clear view of what they have earned and what remains outstanding.

CULT is built around that less visible side of the creator economy.

The creative work will always be the part audiences see. But behind every successful creator campaign is a pile of administration. Cult Creative is betting that creators and brands are ready to put that work into one place.
